Without having a Will, money and assets you leave behind will not automatically go where you would like them to. Spouses and children have limited rights and unmarried partners have very few rights at all.

Are you sure you are receiving all the benefits you are entitled to as many people are under claiming?  In 2010/11 alone RNIB Cymru's Welfare Rights Service enabled 484 people to claim just under £1million in benefits they had had not been aware of.
